Allen Riling
Master Electrician, Owner
Allen founded Brilliant Solar & Electric in 2016. He is a Colorado Master Electrician and has been NABCEP Certified since 2010. He has been responsible for the design and installation of hundreds of solar systems in the Four Corners region, with projects ranging in size from 1Kw to 250Kw.

Riley Neugebauer
Project Manager, Installer
Riley brings expertise in management, communications, and installation, with a focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency. She has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College in western PA, and a certificate in Photovoltaic System Design & Installation from San Juan College in Farmington, NM.
Riley loves to work with people to make positive change for social justice and the planet. Solar helps to reduce emissions and can create a more distributed and accessible form of energy in our communities. And, as a female in solar and in the trades, she hopes it will help inspire more women to get into solar! When she isn’t installing solar, you might find her salsa dancing, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, or checking out the local hot springs.

Kennan Harvey
Lead Installer, Off Grid Specialist
Kennan Harvey was raised off-grid when that meant kerosene lamps and wash tub bathing. As a result solar power became a life-long obsession and he continues to live off-grid in a self-built home. His wife Cheryl, who was raised in LA, says it is just like any other home! “Southwest Colorado is a perfect place for solar,” Kennan says, “Plain and simple, it is now cheaper than fossil fuel based electricity and is a mandate for addressing future climate change!”
